Buying a brand new machine is an expensive investment and often the best way to upgrade or replace an existing machine is to buy a refurbished one.
All our second user machines have been fully serviced and tested and are ready for many more years use. A well looked after machine of commercial quality can have many, many years life left in it if it has been restored to nearly-new condition. For peace of mind, machines come with a 90 day warranty.

WARRANTY INFORMATION, T&C’S
- The warranty period is 90 Days from the Date of Purchase.
- If the machine is located within a 20km radius of Johannesburg we can provide on-site warranty repairs, outside of this area the warranty will require you to return the machine to our workshop.
- The warranty covers labour and parts with the exception of the electronic control board (PCB), the main body of the boiler and the casing.
- In order to qualify for the warranty the machine must be fitted to a water filtration system to prevent limescale such as a Brita or equivalent filter, CTU or RO system.
- The warranty does not cover issues deriving from operator error, unsuitable location, physical damage, faulty installation, issues caused by water pressure or electrical supply.
